Overview

For Bellevue DECA’s Instagram, I focused on creating timely and engaging posts that promoted key events, celebrated member involvement, and showcased the club’s community. Content was planned around major activities to maximize awareness and participation, using eye-catching graphics, event photos, and Stories to connect with both current and prospective members.

Instagram was a central tool for promoting events like the Kickoff Event to attract new members, tabling and flyer distribution during Back to School Week, and socials such as ice skating and a park meetup to build connections outside of competition season. CTAs encouraged followers to attend events, join the club, and engage with Bellevue DECA’s community both online and in person.

  2. Used engaging visuals, event photography, and clear CTAs to drive attendance and encourage new member sign-ups.

  3. Created flyers, QR codes, and a Linktree to make event details, sign-ups, and resources easily accessible.

  4. Updated the Bellevue DECA website with relevant images, fresh content, and links to event information, membership details, and competition resources to create a cohesive online presence.

  5. Maintained consistent posting around club activities to keep members informed, highlight achievements, and showcase DECA’s value to prospective members.
